Shaking body is a dance move where you rapidly move your body from side to side or up and down with a lot of energy. It is often used in hip-hop, dancehall, or other urban dance styles. To do the shake body move, follow these steps:​​​​​​​
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
Loosen up your hips by rotating them in a circular motion.
As you rotate your hips, let the movement flow up to your upper body.
Start shaking your shoulders, arms, and torso as you continue the hip rotation.
Gradually increase the speed of the shaking.
Let loose and have fun with the movement, adding your own personal style.
Remember to keep your movements controlled and in rhythm with the music. With practice, you can perfect your shake body moves and incorporate them into your dance repertoire.
